Ordering was fast and the site loaded fine for the most part, which was nice. Checkout was easy enough too. I did have to click around a bit more than I expected to find the product details, and one page sort of froze for a little while. Overall, it works and saves some time, but it could definitely be a bit smoother.

It works okay. Good for simple kitchen stuff. Feels a bit too light if you’re using it all day though.

The blades were sharp at first, but they got dull way faster than I expected. I’ve had my Waring blender for a couple of years now, and it was great in the beginning. It blended everything really well and felt solid. Lately though, it’s been more hit or miss, the motor doesn’t seem as strong as it used to, and it’s gotten noticeably louder. It still works and I can get by with it, but long term it hasn’t been quite as dependable as I was hoping

It does what it’s supposed to do, so no real complaints there. But it’s a LOT louder than I thought it would be. Not awful or anything, but I wouldn’t use it early in the morning unless I wanted to annoy everyone nearby

We bought a Waring blender for our cafe, cleanup has been so much easier than with our old one. It rinses out quickly and doesn’t have those weird little corners where stuff gets stuck. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer right out of the box, but once we figured it out, it’s been great

Maybe they had it sitting in a nearby warehouse or something, but either way, it worked out great. Package looked fine when it arrived, and the whole process was easy. No complaints from me

My mixer had an issue, so I reached out about getting it repaired. The product itself has been fine, but the support side was frustrating. I sent over the receipt and went back and forth through a few emails before I got any clear answer, and even then I had to keep following up. It eventually got moving, but it took more chasing than it should have...

But they did eventually help me get it sorted out without it turning into a huge hassle.

I’ve seen Waring products around in work kitchens, so I guess I’ve always felt like the brand is dependable, even if I can’t say I’ve tested a ton of their stuff myself. The website is fine overall, but a few details felt a little vague and I wished some info was easier to find. Still, based on what I know, I’d probably feel okay buying from them...

and I found the replacement blade quickly. Shipping was okay, just not as fast as I was hoping...

The manual was decent overall, and I could figure things out eventually, but some of the steps weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked. If you’re already familiar with this kind of product, it’s probably fine, but for a first-time setup it could definitely be explained better.
